INVENTORY
Some items are limited in quantity. We DO NOT mass print or mass create products. All products are carefully hand printed and therefore some slight imperfections may exist. Extreme care is taken in creating the finished and shipped products. Due to the care that is taken in printing each product, our standing inventory of some products is very small. Some products will need to be produced upon receiving completed order. All orders will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible while still taking care to complete each item with quality in mind. Upon receiving order, if there is any delay with ordered items, we will do our best to notify you explaining the delay via email. Estimated shipping times do not begin until the order is received by shipping partner (USPS, UPS, FED EX, etc.)
SHIPPING
Standard or basic delivery may take 10 to 15 business days inside the United States once package is received by shipping partner. For customers who select expedited shipping methods, we will do our best to get the order completed and delivered to shipping partner in a timely manner once order can be filled. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box).
Orders placed after 12PM PST on Fridays, or during the weekends, may not be processed until Mondays. Please note that in this situation, regardless of selected shipping speed, the order will not be processed until the following business day.
For international orders, please note that UNRELENTING SAVAGE APPAREL, LLC does not have control over and will not be responsible for any additional fees or taxes added or charged by your country.
UNRELENTING SAVAGE APPAREL, LLC is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer will be responsible for filing all claims or complaints with shipping partner. UNRELENTING SAVAGE APPAREL, LLC will not be responsible for any package(s) once it is in the control of the shipping partner, (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). The shipping companies speeds, policies, delivery dates, and delays are out of our control and UNRELENTING SAVAGE APPAREL, LLC is not liable or responsible for problems with the shipping companies.
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for an error in the supplied address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will be responsible for paying for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at usapparelllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Seller will not cover shipping costs for items returned for any reason other than defective, misprinted, or wrong item shipped by seller.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
